Chichen Itza Entrance Fee

The admission fee for Chichen Itza archaeological site is $57.00 pesos. ( Important: Cultur of Yucatan State Government charges an additional fee of 125 pesos to mexican visitors and $177 pesos to foreign visitors. The sound and light show is an additional cost of $46 pesos for domestic visitors and $72 pesos for foreign) The total to pay is a little less than $20 US. but totally worth it). Prices are per person, children 11 years old and under are free including the Light and Sound Show. There is an extra charge of $45.00 Pesos for using video cameras or tripod on the site.

SENIORS with valid INAPAM card are free every day. MEXICAN NATIONALS are free on Sunday. (Note: although government information does not indicate this, we have received information from a tour guide who is at the site every day that foreigners with a valid FM2 or FM3 visa also get the Sunday free entry.).

Head-phones for translations are available for an extra fee. Lockers for bags and suitcases are available at the entrance. The smaller ones are 20 x 20 x 20 in. Large 20 x 20 x 45 in.

Parking: Vehicles: 22 pesos. Buses: 33 pesos. Fee is for the entire duration of your visit, not per hour.
